Actually, a computer home based business, especially an Internet related business has phenomenal potential.

This is because you have a 'world-wide' audience resulting into a world-wide customer base.  As opposed to a local serviceman who can only service people within his area.

Also, a local serviceman (e.g. plumber) only has a certain number of hours in any given day to carry out his work.  Therefore, he is limited in the amount of customers he can service.  Which means he is limiting his income potential.

Whereas if you run a computer Internet business (website), then you can automate many of your daily tasks, which means that you can sell 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can literally make money while you sleep!

#1 No Skills Required

In my view, the two main types of running a work from home computer business with no skills required is to do affiliate marketing and/or build your own website business.

"but I don't even know what affiliate marketing is, and there is no-way I can build a website", I hear you ask.

Please don't worry at this point.  I will explain everything to you.

You don't need any skills to carry out these two computer home based businesses because they are skills which you can easily acquire and learn.

All you need is the hard work, enthusiasm and determination to make them work for you.

A Word Of Warning.  While searching Online for your dream computer home based business, please don't be fooled into the advertisements such as

I'm not necessarily saying that these are scams, but they are business opportunities.  And business opportunities are for opportunists who are wanting to make some quick cash no matter how they do it.

These types of business opportunities are not for people who want to run and build a business.

There is a difference.  Are you a small business builder, or are you an opportunist?

You need to distinguish between the two, as all ideas on this site are for real people who want to set-up and build a real business from home.

And building an honest work from home computer business requires hard work, dedication and a desire to learn new skills.

There are of course other areas where you can work from home on your pc. However, these generally are related to a skill for which you have had to be trained for.

Areas such as:

• Secretarial/Typist
• Freelance Writing
• Graphic Design
• Website Design
• Architecture
• Interior Design

But you will need skills in those areas and are already using that skill in a workplace.  You just need to transfer that skill to your own computer home based business.

If you already use a computer at work, ask yourself if you could use that same skill to make the transition to set up your own home business.
